Vineyards:
rondinella, corvina, and molinara.

Grapes harvest time: second fifteen days of September.

Vinification technique: is obtained from grapes “in rosa” with a minimal maceration of the skins for 10-12 hours. The fermentation in aluminum cisterns is made at controlled temperature.
Alcoholic strength 12. %. Total acidity 6,5-7 gr./l

Characteristics: rich coral pink, it has a fragrance likely fruity with a particular intensity. The flavour is fine and velvety.

Pairings: rosé wine pairs well with hors d’oeuvres, risotti and fresh water fish.
