Vinification technique: obtain
from de-stalking and crushing of the grapes. The
wine ferment with the skins for fifteen days.
In spring time it is left to ripen in English
oak barrels.
The sharpen is in the bottle where is left to
rest for four months.
Alcoholic strength 13.5 %. Total acidity 6-6.5
gr./l.

Characteristics: rich and intense
ruby color, fragrance with certain complexity,
notes of ripe red grapes, spices and the mild
roasting of English oak are melted.

Pairings: ideal with grilled
beef meet, large chops and red meet in general:
it pairs well with roast game. Serve at 16°C.
